No update to "All Systems"

I've been waiting for my update from "4 to All" and it's still not available.
I use my PC suite that came with the scanner, I've gotten the regular updates fine,
but still not the update to "All".
Very poorly organized. Not a happy camper at all.
My serial number is MDU212000020

This is a joke, they take your money and provide NO help whatsoever.
Has anyone ever updated to "ALL" systems ?

Hello Sir, This S/N is the basic 4 system MD703, if you want it be upgraded to ALL system, you can buy the upgrade from your dealer. And when you buy this unit, it has 4 system version and ALL system version, surely the latter is more expensive.
